At WallcoveringSmart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If your wallpaper or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the wallcoverings are in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging and securely place them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or your own shipping method to the package and send it to our designated returns processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned rolls, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
